Goals partially achieved

Thanks to optimization, the efficiency of the heat and power station in the southern plant area has been improved by 4 %.The steam turbine project and the condensate reprocessing project are in line with planning and will be completed by mid-2006.

AQura GmbH Hanau-Wolfgang, Marl Germany Introduction and further development of an integrated management system, fulfilling the demands of the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001(2005) standards, and meeting the requirements of the statutory systems GLP (Good Labor Praxis) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Obtaining the following certifications:

The GMP Audit of the local government authority of Darmstadt has been postponed to 2006 by the respective authorities.

Following dissolution of Peroxygen Chemicals end of 2005 and assignment of Business Line Active Oxygens to Building Blocks with effect as of 01.01.2006, a final examination of target attainment was no longer possible
